RAAF Base Amberley - A $1.3 billion expansion of RAAF Base Amberley is nearing completion. Amberley is the RAAF’s largest base and employs over 7,500 people.

Brisbane Lions Stadium - A development application has been lodged for a new stadium at Springfield Central that will have a capacity of 10,000. Building work is expected to commence in 2020 and almost 1,000 jobs will be created during construction.

Ripley Town Centre - Plans for the $1.5 billion Ripley Town Centre include a proposed state-of-the-art transit centre. Even better, the large-scale project will create in excess of 20,000 new jobs for the local area.

Ipswich Hospital Redevelopment - The $124 million Ipswich Hospital redevelopment, will include a major new mental health facility and new Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Suite.

Ipswich CBD Redevelopment - Ipswich City Council recently announced a $140 million contract to construct a new council building, library and civic plaza in the CBD. The new library is expected to be open by mid-2020 and the council administration centre by 2021.

Coles Mega-center - Coles’ new centre at Redbank is part of a $950 million investment split between Redbank and Sydney. About 500 jobs will come with the centre in 2020.
