What builder do you use?

We can access land anywhere in QLD and NSW. We create the designs and floor plans and outsource the construction to one of the several builders we work with on a regular basis. The builders are highly reputable, deliver outstanding quality, customer service and affordability.

I have a floor plan I love, do you work with all builders?

We create highly functional floor plans with our builders and we have a large portfolio to choose from. We're very confident we can create a floor plan that meets your goals, while ensuring it falls within your overall buying capacity.

How much of a deposit do I need?

You may be able to purchase with no deposit, so contact us and we’ll determine what’s required once we complete a quick questionnaire with you over the phone. The deposit is determined by the total price of the home you can afford and desire. Most clients require a minimum low deposit of $5,000.

How much income do I need?

Standard lending criteria applies for all buyers. The minimum amount of combined household income required is $80,000.

What banks do you use?

We work with independent mortgage brokers who source finance from a range of banks, including the big 4, plus second and third tier lenders. The bank that is ultimately picked based on your overall financial position and the terms and conditions of the mortgage that best suit your situation. Mortgage rates are the lowest on record - there's really never been a better time to buy your first home with historically low interest rates and first home buyer grants available.

Do we pay a higher interest rate because of our low deposit?
